If you qualify, we prescribe brand-name Zepbound® (tirzepatide) through LillyDirect®. No compounded medication and no membership: you pay for each medical visit, and you buy the medication directly from the manufacturer.

If you qualify, your physician sends the prescription to LillyDirect®, which handles payment and delivery.
Pricing model
You pay for each medical visit: initial evaluation $99, follow-up $68. No membership. You pay the pharmacy directly for the medication.

The video visit with your physician and any follow-ups you book. The manufacturer sets the medication price.
Compounded medication
What it is
A preparation made by a compounding pharmacy. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
How you get it
A compounding pharmacy prepares it, usually within the same program that prescribes it.

Usually sold as a monthly plan or membership that bundles visits and medication.
